Download Outsmart® app from Google or Apple Store
Register an account with us
Grant all Wifi, Bluetooth, location and notification access for seamless connectivity
Connect your mobile to ONLY 2.4ghz Wifi, and turn on Bluetooth
Tap on the (+) button on top right, then Add Device
Ensure Wifi and Bluetooth are both turned on
To Reset/Pairing Device
Step 1: Plug in Wifi Gateway into a USB port
Step 2: Double click the reset button of the gateway and indicator light will start to flash
Step 3: Ensure curtain robot has it full charge of 8 hours, now press once on the power button, indicator light will start to flash Done! Device is ready to be added to app
App will auto discover the product, otherwise, reset the product again
Enter the correct password
Tap next and add
You are connected !

How long will battery last?

With the recent upgraded version, on average usage one day open / close it will last 4 months

How do we connect the solar panel carging board with the curtain robot?

Plug into the curtain robot and it will have solar charging

How to pair remote?

For pairing the remote to robot, press and hold for five seconds to turn off the robot.
Press and hold for three seconds and the blue light will flash twice slowly.
Press the stop button on remote
The green light of the curtain robot and the red light of the remote control flash quickly to indicate that pairing is in progress. If the pairing is successful, the light will turn off.

Can I manually close by pulling the curtain?

Look for the power button underneath the blinds motor, click once, blue indicator light will flash for 2 seconds
Product is now reset and ready to be added to app
