  • Download Outsmart® app from Google or Apple Store
  • Register an account with us
  • Grant all Wifi, Bluetooth, location and notification access for seamless connectivity
  • Connect your mobile to ONLY 2.4ghz Wifi, and turn on Bluetooth.
  • Ensure the gateway is already connected
  • Go to outsmart app > tap gateway > go into zigbee device list > add a new device 
  • Reset the product by long press the on/off button located on the smart connector for 10s. Light will start flashing and its ready to be connected 
  • Ensure product is blinking rapidly before proceeding to next step
  • Zigbee gateway will auto detect
