Important Wi-Fi Configuration Note: Most smart home products, including this device, are compatible with Wi-Fi 2.4GHz networks only.
If you have a combined router: Please contact your telecom provider for assistance on how to disable Wi-Fi 5GHz to ensure proper connectivity.

Installation Precautions
ALL ELECTRICAL AND WIRING WORKMUST BE PERFORM BY PROFESSIONAL LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
TURN OFF CIRCUIT BREAKER POWER AND USE A TEST PEN TO ENSURE NO ELECTRICITY ON WIRES BEFORE PROCEEDING

Traditional Water Heater Switch
All traditional water heater switches in Asia are wired up with 3 wires, neutral, live and earth. However smart switches only require 2 wires, neutral and live.
Outsmart Zigbee Water Heater
Most water heater only require 20A to power up, Outsmart provides a buffer and safer options with 30A and 40A
Reset Switch / Enter Paring Mode
Method 1: To reset the switch and enter into pairing mode, long press the first gang for 10 seconds, you will see the indicator light flashing
Method 2: 5 short press on the on/off button then long press on the sixth times. Release the button immediately when you hear a beep sound. Indication Light will start flashing
Connect Device
Tap the (+) button located at the top right corner of the screen
Select Add Device
Ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on on your mobile device
Auto-discovery
The app will automatically detect and display the device that is found
If auto-discovery fails, try resetting your device and ensure bluetooth is turned on
Ensure mobile phone is connected to your home 2.4ghz wifi only
Enter the correct password
Tap next and add
Unsuccessful connection are usually because home wifi is not set to 2.4ghz
