Register an account with us
Grant all Wifi, Bluetooth, location and notification access for seamless connectivity
Connect your mobile to ONLY 2.4ghz Wifi, and turn on Bluetooth
Tap on the (+) button on top right, then Add Device
App will auto discover the product, otherwise, reset the product again
Reset the product by hold down on the reset button for 10 seconds
Ensure product is blinking rapidly before proceeding to next step
Enter wifi 2.4ghz password & start connecting

What can the additional sensor built in do?

The temperature and humidity sensor can help regulate room temperature by setting up scenes, such as:

Turning on the air conditioner when the room reaches 32°C.
Turning off the air conditioner and turning on the fan when the room reaches 24°C

What if the universal remote doesn't react when I trigger it?

Place the sensor directly in front of the appliance, with no obstacles in between, as infrared signals cannot pass through objects.

Can I use on all my home appliances?

One smart remote is recommended per room, provided that:

All infrared appliances are within direct line of sight, with no obstructions blocking the infrared signal.
The appliances are within a range of 8 meters.

Can I use to control 2 Aircon within a room?

The universal remote features a 360-degree signal design. When two air conditioners from the same brand are present in the same room, the smart remote triggers both simultaneously. However, if the remote is angled to block the line of sight to one of the air conditioners, simultaneous activation is prevented. For air conditioners from different brands, individual control can be configured.

What is the infrared range?

Keep it within 8 to 10m, direct in line, no blockage

Is this product battery opetated?

This product requires a constant power supply and must be plugged in 24/7 to function. The indicator light will only illuminate when the remote is triggered, indicating that the device is receiving a signal.

How to Reset/Reconnect/enter into pairing mode for smart remote?

Long press the on/off button located at the back of the remote for 10s. Indicator light will start flashing and its ready to be connected
