- Download Outsmart® app from Google or Apple Store
- Register an account with us
- Grant all Wifi, Bluetooth, location and notification access for seamless connectivity
- Connect your mobile to ONLY 2.4ghz Wifi, and turn on Bluetooth
- Tap on the (+) button on top right, then Add Device
- Ensure Wifi and Bluetooth are both turned on
To Reset/Pairing DeviceÂ
- Ensure blinds motor has it full charge of 8 hours before proceeding to next step.
- Mount the blinds motor onto the back bracket that is already installed on the wall.
- Plug in Wifi Gateway into a USB port, wait for 10 seconds, indicator light will start flashing
- Look for the power button underneath the blinds motor, click once, blue indicator light will flash for 2 seconds
- Product is now reset and ready to be added to app
