How to connect device / How to connect device :
- Download Outsmart® app from Google or Apple Store
- Register an account with us
- Grant all Wifi, Bluetooth, location and notification access for seamless connectivity
- Connect your mobile to ONLY 2.4ghz Wifi, and turn on Bluetooth.
- Ensure the gateway is already connected
- Go to outsmart app > tap gateway > go into zigbee device list > add a new device
- Take out the transparent tape at the back of the switch
- Reset the product by press and hold any switch for 10s till the indicator start flashes
- Ensure product is blinking rapidly before proceeding to next stepÂ
- Zigbee gateway will auto detect
Can this product control appliances?
This product is not a wall switch, it doesnt require wiring and it can only control products that are in the same app and only control smart products
